Your Customized Precision Tune-up Includes:

Air Handlers

  • Clean evaporator coil
  • Test safety controls
  • Inspect the air filtration system

  • Treat pans with microbe tablets
  • Start and monitor the a/c cycle

Condensers

DESCRIPTION OF TERMS

Waived Diagnostic – As an active Heritage customer you will not be charged a diagnostic fee unless the call is due to owner/tenant neglect.

*Filter Replacement Program – You can receive a total of 4 sets of filters each year. One set will be provided with each scheduled visit and two additional sets will be available for pickup at our office.

**Condensate Drain Guarantee – Upon completion of your initial Tune-up and your continued enrollment in our maintenance plan, we will keep your condensate drain clog-free at no charge to you.

***Customer Loyalty Discounts – When it's time for a new system, and you choose to purchase from us, we will offer a discount which builds with every consecutive year you are a maintenance customer.  As a Heritage member you earn $200 for the 1st year and $50 each year after for each system on your plan. Discovery members earn $100 for the 1st year and $25 each year after for each system. We believe your loyalty should pay dividends! Please remember that loyalty discounts are not actual money and cannot be refunded or transferred; only applied to a new system purchase.
